At TORQUE MOTORCYCLE CO., we stand by the quality of our gear and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn apparel. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original box.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location; keep your tracking receipt for peace of mind.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our workshop inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
